Cindy Gleason
Patient Relations Coordinator
Cindy decided on a career in dentistry after working in her
father’s Northern California practice. She relocated from
California in 1990 and joined Rankin & Mingle Dentistry in
2005. Cindy loves Colorado. If only there was a beach!

Alana Hansen
Hygienist
Alana is originally from Brazil and is bilingual. She came
to the United States in 1992 and attended Community College of
Denver, where she earned her dental hygiene degree in 2002. She
is passionate about dentistry and eager to share her knowledge
with patients.

Diane Mesmer
Hygienist
After earning one bachelor’s degree, Diane went back to
school for a degree in hygiene from the University of South
Dakota. She worked in other dental offices before joining the
staff of Rankin & Mingle Dentistry in 2002. Diane enjoys
using leading-edge technology to offer outstanding dental
care.

Sharon Rankin
Administrative Assistant
Sharon spent 26 years as a surgical assistant to an oral
surgeon before joining the staff of Rankin & Mingle
Dentistry. The last name is no coincidence; she is the proud
mother of Dr. Rankin. Sharon came out of retirement in 2001
when her son-in-law asked her to join the practice. She has
assumed various responsibilities, including working closely
with the doctors regarding financial matters.

Tricia Snyder
Dental Assistant
Tricia has spent the last 19 years in the dental field. She
graduated from Goldey Beacon College with a degree in business
administration, received her initial dental education from
Cambridge College, and has taken continuing education courses
at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. Tricia has
been with Rankin & Mingle Dentistry for 12 years and says
she can’t imagine working anyplace else! Tricia has high praise
for the team she works with and her wonderful patients.

Emily Wiggins
Dental Assistant
Emily joined the Rankin & Mingle practice in September
2003. She came to the practice with no experience, but with a
great attitude, a desire to learn, and a strong work ethic!
With on-the-job training and continuing education courses,
Emily has become a valued employee.
